Studio Policies

All dancers must be fully potty trained and bathroom independent before participating in activities.

Tuition is due the 1st of each month (August through May for the school year; full payment due for summer). The studio accepts credit/debit cards (2.5% fee), ACH transfers, cash, and checks. If payment remains unpaid by the 15th, the payment method on file will be automatically charged. A $15 late fee applies to declined payments, and dancers may not attend class until balances are settled. Registration fee: $40 for the first student, $20 for each additional child per household. One 10% discount applies per family.

Enrolled dancers are automatically pre-registered for the following school year. Families have a two-week window to make changes without obligation.

Children showing signs of illness should remain home. If a child arrives at the studio showing signs of illness, we will contact a parent for immediate pickup.

The studio does not issue make-ups or refunds for weather-related closures, but permits scheduling make-up classes at a later date.

Each dancer may take up to two make-up classes per class per semester, scheduled within the same semester and pre-arranged through the office.

Drop-off occurs 5 minutes before class. Parents may not remain in dance rooms during class. Preschool through Level II require adult pick-up inside the studio. Level III and above may leave independently with a signed waiver on file.

Dance Moves does not issue refunds. Class credits are issued under specific conditions and expire after 12 months. School-year withdrawals require two weeks' notice.

Birthday deposits are non-refundable. Special program cancellations require one week's notice for credit eligibility.

Families should notify the studio of any medical conditions or diagnoses. Dance Moves staff are trained professional dancers but are not medical professionals.

The front door remains locked during classes for safety. Managers may unlock it at their discretion, and contact information is posted on the door.
