About Spot TV
Dance Moves of Charleston uses Spot TV, a third-party service operating in hundreds of dance studios and childcare facilities nationwide. Spot TV cameras are installed in all studio classrooms. For technical issues, please contact Spot TV's customer service team directly rather than studio staff.
Getting Started
How to Set Up Your Account

Download the "Spot TV Family" app from your app store, or visit www.spottv.pro to create your account.

Manual approval takes 2–3 business days.

Only one account per dancer. Your account name must match your Studio Director registration exactly.

During setup, select your dancer's class(es). Staff will adjust any incorrect selections.

You can only view your specific dancer during their assigned class time.
- 6
The system periodically logs you out as a safety feature. Close the app and log back in to resolve most viewing issues before contacting Spot TV support.

Screenshots or screen recording will result in immediate account blocking.
